About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Strategist to build and grow our presence across platforms, translating our clinical and academic work into content that educates, engages and builds trust with our audience — students, specialists, and the wider mental-health community.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Grow engagement and following across platforms with a consistent brand voice




Collaborate with faculty and clinicians to translate clinical/academic content into accessible social posts
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
Plan and promote course launches, workshops, conferences and events
Coordinate with the content creator and design resources for post production
Stay current on mental-health and ed-tech social trends

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
Sensitivity and discretion when handling mental-health-related content

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
