Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating current business, building relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth for Finquest Business Solutions. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for our accounting outsourcing services across Australia, the US, UK, and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients (CPA firms, accounting practices, SMEs) in target international markets
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Sales & Client Engagement




Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
Present Finquest's service offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, dashboards, etc.) through calls and virtual meetings
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations
Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals

Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline progress
Account & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deals in the CRM
Coordinate smooth handover of recent clients to the operations/onboarding team
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage cold leads

Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the operations and management teams to align on client needs
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and outcomes
Share market feedback and competitor insights
