Key Responsibilities

· Strategy & Planning: Build and execute a explicit social media calendar that matches overall company goals.

· Content Creation: Write catchy captions, shoot videos, design graphics, and use tools like Canva or Adobe.

· Community Management: Reply to comments and direct messages. Build good relationships with followers.

· Campaign Execution: Run product launches, giveaways, and influencer partnerships.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics like reach, engagement, traffic,



and ROI using tools like Hootsuite or native analytics.

· Trend Monitoring: Keep up with current platform updates, viral trends, and competitor actions.

Requirements & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing active brand accounts.

· Skills: Robust copywriting, basic photo/video editing, data tracking, and clear communication.

· Tools: Familiarity with scheduling platforms and design software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
