We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with potential customers, explain products or services, follow up on leads, and generate appointments or sales prospects. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain customer details and follow-up records accurately. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
