to strengthen our marketing presence and help us engage the right audiences across our target markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on
B2B marketer
who can understand a specialised business, identify the right audiences and translate our capabilities into transparent, relevant and commercially meaningful marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the
founder and Sales team
across marketing strategy, campaigns, market research, content, lead generation and sales enablement.





This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
both thinking and execution

What You'll Do
Plan and execute
B2B marketing and email campaigns
Research target markets, companies and decision-makers
Develop targeted outreach and lead-generation initiatives
Create concise, professional content for LinkedIn, email and sales collateral
Work with Sales on campaigns, prospects and market feedback
Track campaign performance and use insights to improve results
Support Yajur's brand positioning and marketing strategy

What We're Looking For
2+ years of
B2B marketing experience
Hands-on experience with email campaigns and lead generation
Solid understanding of B2B audiences and customer journeys
Experience working with Sales / Business Development teams
