Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily operations in the machine shop to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot machinery and production issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.
Proven experience in machine shop operations and production management.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
