HR Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The HR Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. The role requires an energetic HR qualified capable of supporting business growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for counselling, visa processing, sales, operations, travel, marketing, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring.
Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.





Employee Onboarding & Induction
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documents.
Coordinate onboarding with department heads.
Facilitate smooth integration of current employees.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team.
Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and experience letters.

Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
Track employee KPIs and development plans.
Support employee learning and development initiatives.

Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building events.
