Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, operations, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, preferably Workfront Fusion.
Experience with Dell Boomi or other iPaaS platforms is highly desirable.
Strong programming experience in one or more of:
Java
Python
PHP
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Positive understanding of REST APIs, web services, system integrations, and integration architecture.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.




Experience with data migration from legacy/client systems.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms with third-party enterprise applications.
Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, CRM/SFA, or similar platforms.
Solid analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in SaaS-based environments.
Strong understanding of business processes with a consultative approach to solution design.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
Proactive, adaptable, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
