Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM-qualified) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of hospital/clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as per doctor’s instructions.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Ensure proper hygiene and infection control measures.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and medication.
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance.

Requirements:




GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license/registration as per state guidelines.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
