Job Summary:
Candidate with IT/Diploma certificate in HVAC side with minimum 1 year Experience (Chiller,Split AC,PAC,FCU) in Mall,IT industry,Hospital,Hotel or High-rise building. HVAC Technician is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, taking readings, Check list updating, PPM and efficiency of company facilities. The role ensures a protected, functional, and well-maintained work in site
Key Responsibilities:
Manage building operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Follow up preventive maintenance programs for equipment and infrastructure.
Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions.
Reporting to supervisor or Team leader in site
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
