Job Summary

In this role, you will lead critical research and development initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive innovation in material processing and product development to achieve both technical milestones and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Development & Innovation
Design and develop cutting-edge products tailored precisely to customer requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct comprehensive analysis, characterization, and testing of materials to ensure strict compliance with performance metrics and industry benchmarks.
End-to-End Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex R&D; projects, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within budget.




Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance—to facilitate smooth product transitions from concept to production.
Proactively track project timelines, perform risk assessments, and implement swift corrective actions when necessary.
Design, Prototyping & Testing
Oversee prototype fabrication and rigorous testing phases to ensure full alignment with functional and technical goals.
Evaluate empirical test data, troubleshoot design flaws, and author detailed technical reports and engineering recommendations.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
Maintain meticulous and comprehensive project documentation, including engineering blueprints, test protocols, and design history files.
Ensure all product designs and manufacturing processes fully comply with relevant global standards, certifications, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASTM, ISO
