Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue bank loans, credit cards, and other outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented, confident, and valuable at convincing customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM systems.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and patiently.
Candidates with experience in bank recovery or loan collection will be preferred.
