CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA
Certification: B1 or B2
Job Description:-
Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
Provide skilled and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.
Maintain the mandatory B1 or B2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
Maintain a skilled, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
