Job Title: Security Incharge
Department: Administration / Security
Location: Erode
Reporting To: Factory Manager / HR– Administration

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations Management
Supervise and manage all security personnel and security activities within the factory premises.
Ensure round-the-clock security coverage and effective deployment of security guards.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Asset Protection
Safeguard company assets, inventory, machinery, and infrastructure.
Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and security breaches.
Monitor movement of materials, finished goods, and scrap from the premises.

Access Control & Surveillance
Manage gate operations and visitor management systems.
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security equipment.
Investigate suspicious activities and security violations.

Emergency Response & Incident Management
Handle emergency situations including fire,



accidents, security threats, and natural disasters.
Conduct preliminary investigations and submit incident reports.
Coordinate with local police, fire department, and government authorities whenever required.

Team Management
Train, guide, and supervise security guards and supervisors.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure discipline among security personnel.
Conduct regular briefings and security awareness programs.

Compliance & Documentation
Maintain security records, visitor logs, vehicle movement records, and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to security and safety.

Safety Coordination
Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams for emergency preparedness.
Participate in mock drills, evacuation exercises, and safety inspections.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Certification in Securit
