Key Responsibilities
Head the
Engineering & Maintenance Department
of the mall.
Lead technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of all mall equipment and assets.
Ensure smooth and effective functioning of
Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil
systems.
Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure safety, compliance and optimum performance of engineering assets.
Manage vendors, AMC activities and maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Candidate Profile
Engineering degree/diploma in
Electrical / Mechanical / related discipline
.
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in a similar engineering/maintenance leadership role.
Experience in
Malls, Hotels, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings or Large Facilities
preferred.
