We re looking for a Game Level Designer to join our Live Operations team and help evolve, expand, and optimize hybrid-casual games played by established player communities.

This role combines game design, level design, LiveOps, and data-driven optimization. You ll create new features, systems, events, and levels while continuously improving progression, difficulty, economy, monetization, and the overall player experience.

If you are:
An experienced Game Level Designer who loves improving and expanding live games
Passionate about casual, hybrid-casual, and puzzle mobile games
Robust in both game systems and hands-on level design




Excited by the combination of creativity, player psychology, and data
Comfortable analyzing how players progress, where they struggle, and what keeps them engaged
Experienced in balancing difficulty, progression, economy, and monetization

As a Game Level Designer - Live Operations, you will:
Design and implement new game systems, features, mechanics, levels, and content for existing hybrid-casual games.
Create, maintain, and optimize engaging levels, missions, challenges, and gameplay experiences for live players.
Define and continuously improve level progression, sequencing, pacing, difficulty curves, and player journeys.
