Roles & Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and other daily activities.
Assist Staff Nurses in routine patient care and procedures.
Support patient shifting and positioning as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient-care areas.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Assist in preparing beds and changing bed linen.
Report any changes in the patient's condition to the Staff Nurse immediately.
Assist the nursing team during emergencies and other assigned duties.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with patients and attendants.
Qualification
Nursing Assistant / General Duty Assistant / Patient Care Assistant certification preferred.
Candidates with relevant hospital experience will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
