Key Accountabilities
Shop Floor Management, Oversee daily shift production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.
Manpower Planning.
To maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production
To collect and analyze rejection data.
Training of Recent Operator.
Skill Matrix Preparation For Operator.
To keep inventory control in the shop floor.
Lead by example, ensuring a protected and productive workplace is maintained at all times.
Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Ensuring the KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.
Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.
Ensure safe working practices are maintained and Standard Operations adherence.
Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.




Coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications
Communicate with the teams by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement

Education Qualification
B.Tech. / B.E. in Any Specialization

Technical Competence Skills
Manufacturing Processes : Deep understanding of production workflows, machinery, and materials used as per standard and BOM.
Lean manufacturing : Knowledge of Lean principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, and Just-In-Time (JIT), helps identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Problem-Solving : Quick decision-making under pressure, especially during equipment failures or production delays.
Equipment Maintenance Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience with machinery, production lines, and automation systems. Ability to
