Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related records.
Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in preparing salary, incentive, and other employee-related information.
Handle employee engagement activities and promote a positive work setting.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.




Assist management in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes.
Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation, clearance, and exit documentation.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other HR tools/software.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR practices.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Experience in an EdTech, education, or technology company would be an advantage.
