Mother Teacher – Primary Grades

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Mother Teacher to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate should have a solid EVS (Environmental Studies) background and the ability to create an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students, with a solid focus on EVS.
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through activities, discussions, experiments, and hands-on learning.
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching resources.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and active participation among students.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, notebooks, and student progress.




Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team to support students’ overall development.
Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and other academic activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education / relevant subject.
Strong academic background in EVS / Environmental Studies is mandatory.
Prior experience as a Mother Teacher / Primary Teacher is preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with young learners.
Creative, patient, caring, and student-focused approach.
Good English communication skills.
Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in a primary school teaching environment is preferred.
