Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain COBOL applications supporting business functions.
Design, code, test, and implement application enhancements.
Perform technical analysis and design for recent requirements.
Develop applications that interact with multiple interface systems.
Analyze business and functional requirements.
Participate in testing activities, including test planning, test data, and test scripts.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
Provide timely support for break-fix/production issues.
Support Change Control and production deployments.
Follow coding standards, technical specifications, and project guidelines.
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Work closely with application teams and multiple stakeholders.
Analyze business problems and ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
Support weekend/on-call activities when required.
Help improve application stability and resolve recurring issues.
