Role & responsibilities
Handle and convert sales leads primarily through WhatsApp and calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Regularly follow up with leads and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Maintain solid customer relationships and provide prompt service.
Preferred candidate profile
\MUST KNOW ENGLISH\
Prior experience in sales, telesales, WhatsApp sales or retail preferred.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and highly motivated by incentives.
Persistent with follow-ups and focused on closing sales.
Jewellery or high-value product sales experience is an advantage.
