Welcome and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/barista team.
Serve food, beverages, coffee, and other café items to customers.
Ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
Check customer satisfaction and respond to basic requests professionally.
Transparent and clean tables after customers leave.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and other assigned areas.
Assist with setting up the café before opening and closing activities.
Support the kitchen/barista team whenever required.
Handle crockery, cutlery, glasses, and other service items carefully.
Follow café hygiene, food-safety, and cleanliness standards.
Assist in stock arrangement and replenishment of service items.
Inform the supervisor about customer complaints, damaged items, or operational issues.
Follow café policies, attendance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Café Manager/Floor Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
