Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payments.
Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Assist in monthly closing and audit requirements.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams.
Prepare MIS and other reports as required by management.

Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.




Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and general accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
