Position: Plant Finance Support

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing plant finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and compliance at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage plant accounting, MIS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Monitor plant costs, expenses, inventory, and working capital.
Analyze production costs and identify prospects for cost optimization.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory, internal, and company financial policies.
Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, commercial, and corporate finance teams.
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Experience: 3 to 13years in plant finance/accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
