Key Responsibilities
Coordinate façade activities from design through site execution.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
Review drawings and coordinate technical clarifications and approvals.
Monitor site progress, project schedules and execution milestones.
Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC and execution teams.
Follow up on material procurement and fabrication activities.
Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues at site.
Maintain project documentation, MOMs and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in façade / construction projects.
Positive knowledge of façade systems and site execution.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage site activities effectively.
Candidates required to work in Bangalore & at Hyderabhad office
