HR Intern – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
Support HRMS/Qandle-related data entry and employee updates.
Prepare HR letters, reports, trackers, and other documentation.
Coordinate with employees and departments for required HR information.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and HR events.
Support the HR team during audits and other administrative activities.




Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager/HR Head.

Skills & Competencies
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed BBA/BMS/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
