Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise search solutions using Coveo Cloud Platform.
Implement and manage Coveo for AEM, Sitecore, and Salesforce integrations.
Configure and administer Coveo Sources, Security Identities, Crawling, and Index Pipelines.
Develop and customize Coveo Query Pipelines to optimize search relevance, facets, filtering, and ranking.
Implement and maintain Coveo Machine Learning (ML) models for recommendations, query suggestions, and personalization.
Configure and analyze Coveo Usage Analytics to improve search effectiveness and user experience.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable search solutions.
Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and GraphQL.
Troubleshoot indexing, relevance, and search performance issues.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews,



and mentoring of junior team members.
Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
