Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand student requirements and recommend the right iQuanta course/program.
Conduct effective academic and career counselling to build trust and drive conversions.
Manage leads end-to-end through the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and close admissions.
Maintain robust knowledge of iQuantas courses, pricing, offers, and USPs.
Track lead movement, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue through CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-enrollment journey.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid communication,



counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets and numbers.
Experience in EdTech, inside sales, academic counselling, preferred.
Valuable understanding of CRM and Excel.
High ownership, follow-up discipline, and a revenue-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite and target-driven environment.
