Role Overview: The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing the company's receivables process, including customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, account reconciliation, payment allocation, and resolution of customer queries and disputes. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the travel industry, preferably in a B2B travel workplace, and should have hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare and share Statements of Account (SOAs) with customers.
Maintain accurate and updated customer account records.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.
Perform regular follow-ups on overdue invoices.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and account statements.
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and billing discrepancies.




Perform payment allocation against customer invoices.
Conduct regular bank and customer account reconciliations.
Identify and follow up on unidentified or unapplied payments.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Reservations, and Finance to resolve billing and collection-related issues.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and account information.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to receivables.
Assist in improving AR processes and reducing outstanding receivables.
Prepare regular reports related to collections, ageing, outstanding balances, and reconciliations.

Mandatory Requirements:
24 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
Candidates MUST have prior experience in the travel industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
