We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our residential school and drive academic excellence, student development, discipline, and overall school administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academic and administrative operations of the school
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student performance
- Manage faculty, staff, student discipline, and residential/hostel activities
- Ensure student safety, wellbeing, and pastoral care
- Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders

Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant school experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience in a residential/boarding school preferred
- Robust leadership, communication, and administrative skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
