? What You'll Do
• Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Sales & corporate positions.
• Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels
.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive candidates through the hiring funnel and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for upcoming requirements.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities whenever required.
? What We're Looking For
✔️
1–3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
✔️ Candidates from
EdTech / Online Education
preferred
✔️ Strong experience in
Sales hiring / volume hiring
will be an advantage
✔️ Good communication and candidate-handling skills
✔️ Ability to work with multiple requirements and tight hiring timelines
✔️ Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills
✔️
