Role: Security Architect

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Kolkata

Required Skilset:
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years in a Security Architect role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform security services.
- Solid understanding of network security, application security, IAM, encryption, data protection, and security monitoring.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR/XDR, WAF, CASB, and CNAPP platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-native security services and architecture patterns.
- Experience with security frameworks such as SABSA, TOGAF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, container security, and Kubernetes security.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and review secure enterprise, application, infrastructure, and cloud architectures.
- Develop security reference architectures, standards, and best practices.
- Lead security assessments, threat modeling,



and architecture reviews for new solutions.
- Define and implement security controls for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, DevOps, and business teams to embed security by design.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and regional regulations.
- Support risk assessments and remediation planning.
- Guide Zero Trust, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Protection, and Security Monitoring initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership during incidents involving complex security architecture issues.

Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP
- CCSP
- AWS Certified Security Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
- TOGAF or SABSA Certifications
