About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – US Staffing to lead a team of US recruiters and drive daily recruitment operations.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing recruiter performance, distributing requirements, monitoring submissions and interviews, improving closure rates, and ensuring the team meets its weekly and monthly placement targets.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, client requirements, VMS/MSP processes, and US hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters.
- Allocate job requirements based on recruiter skills and workload.
- Monitor daily submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Ensure recruiters meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.




- Review resumes and candidate profiles before submission when required.
- Ensure candidates are properly screened for skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation, and availability.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, and clients to understand job requirements.
- Monitor requirements received through clients, MSPs, VMS platforms, job boards, and internal sources.
- Ensure timely and quality submissions against client requirements.
- Track candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor interview schedules, feedback, offer status, and joining dates.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, Boolean search, resume screening, candidate engagement, and closing techniques.
- Identify performance gaps and provide regular feedback and training.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, productivity reports, and team dashboards.
- Analyze recruiter performance and develop action plans to improve productivity.
