Salary Range - 50 to 65k Per Month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Generate leads through field activities, references, campaigns, and local market networking.

2. Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective buyers.

3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer visit targets.

4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

5. Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into bookings.

6. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.

7. Coordinate with the CRM, Sales,



and Accounts teams for documentation and customer support.

8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.

9. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

10. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

11. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
