About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content planning, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
- Execute social media campaigns, contests, product launches,



and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, videographers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Oversee brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing communications.
- Create compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to support business objectives through marketing initiatives.
