Key Responsibilities

2–5 years of experience in a Order Management / Q2C workplace .

Hands-on experience in *Quote to Cash (Q2C).

Support sales teams with Quotes, Orders, Amendments, Pricing Sheets and Vendor Quotes.

Handle Quotation Creation and Renewals as part of the Quote to Cash process.

Work on Agreements, Contracts, Quote Management and Amendments .

Provide SME support for complex issues and customer-facing root cause assessments.

Prepare and maintain pricing sheets, reports and process documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Create training materials, work instructions and knowledge-base content.
