Job Description
Techshore Inspection Service is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and have a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Identify customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Achieve monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and update lead status.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or local languages.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work toward targets.
Salary
