Role & responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components including motors, transformers, switchgear, panel boards, and control circuits in utility and industrial setups.
- Must have experience of DG / UPS / Battery / Lighting O&M;
- Must have experienced of power change over & synchronization panel operation
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical installations to ensure uninterrupted power supply and optimal equipment performance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals to execute installation and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Perform electrical testing using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters,



and other diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown repairs, emergency response, and execution of planned shutdown activities.
- Maintain inventory of electrical spare parts, tools, and consumables required for routine and emergency maintenance operations.
- Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promote a secure working environment at all times
