Job Summary

We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage newsletters, promotional emails, and customer communications.
- Segment audiences based on customer data, interests, and behavior.
- Set up and manage email automation and workflows.
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions.
- Prepare regular email marketing performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and manage email lists and databases.




- Ensure email campaigns follow best practices for deliverability and engagement.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams for campaign planning.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–6 months of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of email campaign creation, segmentation, and automation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Positive written communication and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of email analytics and reporting.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
