Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Techno-Functional Consulting, or Triage Engineering roles.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration
- Windows Patching & Patch Management
- Microsoft .NET Framework (4.x and above)
- C#
- ASP.NET / Web Applications
- SQL Server
- Experience with Angular and/or React-based applications.
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Understanding of application architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting production-critical business applications.
Infrastructure & Security
- Windows OS hardening and security practices.
- Microsoft security updates and vulnerability management.
- SSL/TLS certificates, authentication, and authorization concepts.
- Application and server performance monitoring.
