About The Role

Prima Automation (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Head to own and drive the sales function for our control panel and power distribution products — responsible for both top-line and bottom-line growth, through a mix of organic growth from existing accounts and inorganic growth from recent customers and markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth (deeper share with existing customers) and inorganic growth (new customers, segments, and markets) to deliver both top-line revenue and bottom-line margin targets.
- Own the full sales cycle for control panels - PLC, VFD, instrumentation panels, and power distribution panels — from lead generation and technical/commercial quotation through to order conversion.




- Ensure timely quotation submission and track conversion; maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility across all opportunities.
- Conduct regular LOST/WON order analysis to sharpen pricing, positioning, and win-rate, and feed learnings back into the sales approach.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while actively cultivating new customers, including regular customer visits and prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, and Design/Engineering to ensure committed delivery timelines, costing accuracy, and customer expectations are met.

Candidate Profile
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with 6–8 years of relevant sales experience in control panels or related electrical/automation products.
- Proven experience selling control panels (PLC, VFD), instrumentation panels, and power distribution panels.
- Track record of driving both organic and inorganic
