Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist with 0–2 years of experience to develop engaging and performance-driven content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content creation, particularly for Instagram and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for reels, advertisements, and video content.
- Create impactful ad copies, captions, and hooks that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop creative reel concepts aligned with current trends and brand goals.
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content formats.
- Craft compelling storytelling formats, hooks, and CTA-driven content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or creative strategy.




- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and trending formats.
- Ability to write engaging, creative, and conversion-focused content.
- Experience in ad copywriting and performance-driven content.
- Strong ideation skills with the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or brand teams.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and audience targeting.
- Familiarity with content formats such as reels, UGC, ads, and storytelling videos.
- Ability to adapt tone based on brand requirements (premium, emotional, viral, or sales-driven).
