Location: Andromeda Headquarters, Santacruz East, Mumbai Employment Type: Full time Experience: 4–5+ Years Industry Preference: BFSI / Financial Services experience preferred About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can manage the digital presence of senior management and drive ROI-focused lead generation campaigns for loan products across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with social media management, paid advertising, campaign optimization, CRM/LMS management, performance analysis, reporting and AI-powered marketing tools. Experience with BFSI, lending, banking, NBFC or fintech brands will be an added advantage.
Principal Responsibilities

Senior Management – Social Media
- Manage and strengthen the social media presence of senior management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
- Develop content strategies aligned with leadership positioning, personal branding and company objectives.
- Create and coordinate thought-leadership content, industry updates, articles, videos and social media posts.




- Use AI tools to improve content ideation, creation, repurposing and optimization.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth and overall performance.

2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute and optimize ROI-driven lead generation campaigns for various loan products across Meta and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaigns for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP/Mortgage Loans and other financial products.
- Develop campaign strategies covering audiences, budgets, creatives, messaging, lead forms and conversion optimization.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CAC, ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
- Work closely with sales/business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

3. CRM & LMS Management
- Manage and monitor CRM and LMS platforms to ensure effect
