Sr. Specialist Forwarding Finance - Global Service Centre

Location- Navi Mumbai

Experience-5-7 years
Industry - Only BFSI

Role Purpose:
To provide end-to-end client support and operational excellence by ensuring a seamless onboarding,
payment, and transaction experience for clients utilizing the company's stablecoin and digital payment solutions.

The role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving customer satisfaction,
regulatory compliance, transaction efficiency, and long-term client retention while supporting the
organization's growth objectives.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless experience in utilizing payment and stablecoin
services.
Provide daily transaction and balance reports to clients and partners.




Address client inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly and professionally.
Act as an escalation point for complex client support issues and coordinate resolution with the
relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of client transactions, interactions, and issues within CRM or record-
management systems.

Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with automation and workflow solutions such as Power Automate, VBA / Macro or similar technologies.
Robust analytical mindset with expertise in root-cause analysis, process controls, and risk
mitigation.
Experience in dashboarding, KPI reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI / OTBI.
