Job Summary

The Lead – Endpoint Analytics & Governance is responsible for driving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Endpoint Analytics strategy through effective governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and data-driven insights. The role is responsible to work and manage Endpoint Analytics platforms, including Nexthink and Microsoft Device Analytics, ensuring service performance, data quality, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives are delivered in alignment with business objectives.





The position leverages Power BI and analytics capabilities to transform endpoint and user experience data into actionable insights, enabling proactive decision-making, service optimization, risk mitigation, and improved employee productivity. Working closely with End User Services, Engineering, Service Desk, business stakeholders, and managed service partners, the role drives governance, service performance management, experience-led improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives across the global endpoint setting.
