Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, processing orders, monitoring inventory, coordinating with marketplaces, and supporting digital sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Upload and update product names, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams.
- Track online sales, revenue, orders, and product performance.
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, India mart Etc. platforms.
- Ensure products comply with marketplace policies and requirements.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product listings.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns and offers.




- Respond to customer queries and resolve basic order-related issues.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze sales and product-performance data.
- Time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online retail is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
