Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, and projects, aligned with business objectives and global TA practices.

* Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment based on business requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

* Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements, drive selection processes, and provide recruitment metrics and insights.

* Develop and drive the Campus Hiring Strategy in partnership with leading educational institutions to build a robust talent pipeline.

* Manage relationships recruitment consultants, and other hiring partners to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment delivery.

* Drive data analytics, market mapping, and talent intelligence to identify market trends, understand talent availability, and provide actionable insights.

* Conduct regular recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers and provide timely updates on hiring progress, challenges, and critical positions.





* Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team by ensuring productivity, capability development, and achievement of hiring targets.

* Promote Internal Job Postings (IJP) and Employee Referral Programs to strengthen internal mobility and talent acquisition.

* Define, monitor, and drive key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, diversity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

* Leverage technology, automation, and digital recruitment solutions to streamline processes and create a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

* Identify opportunities to improve vendor management, sourcing efficiency, recruitment costs, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Requirements & Skills

* 12+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with strong exposure to lateral and volume hiring.

* 7+ years of experience
