About the Company

We are a quick-growing electrical infrastructure company specializing in HT/LT electrical works, electrical empanelment, industrial electrification, and turnkey EPC solutions. We work with government organizations, educational institutions, hospitals, commercial establishments, and private developers.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and strengthen our presence in the electrical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities across government and private sectors.

Build relationships with key decision-makers in real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and commercial organizations.





Position the company as a preferred partner for electrical infrastructure and empanelment projects.

Client Relationship Management

Manage relationships with Procurement, Engineering, Projects, and Facility Management teams.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Tender & Proposal Management

Identify and evaluate tender opportunities.

Coordinate proposal preparation and bid submissions with internal teams.

Monitor tender pipelines and improve bid conversion rates.

Sales Leadership

Define business development KPIs and sales performance metrics.

Build, mentor, and manage the Business Development team.

Drive pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

Strategy & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports for leadership.
