Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our aviation spare-parts trading operations.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales enquiries, customer orders, procurement, shipping, logistics, documentation and day-to-day office activities. The role requires strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills, along with positive knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Coordination
- Register all sales leads and enquiries in CRM/ERP and assign them to the concerned sales executive.
- Coordinate sales activities for assigned customers/regions.
- Prepare and process proposals, quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documentation.




- Follow up with the sales team on the daily status of open opportunities.
- Monitor the complete lifecycle of enquiries and opportunities through order/revenue generation.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and colleagues to understand and fulfil customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
- Support achievement of assigned sales targets, where applicable.

Logistics & Shipping
- Handle shipping and customs-clearance documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, transporters and third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinate order processing, fulfilment and timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor storage, packaging, tagging and dispatch of goods.
- Track shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to customers and management.
